Look in the last place it worked
Check the original device, browser and profile. A private window and a normal window may not hold the same saved data. A list that looks empty on a new phone can still be available on the old one. Avoid clearing more storage while looking for that remaining copy.
Use the backup if you have it
Open My List, paste the saved backup text and choose Merge backup. Inspect the result and the restored entries. Existing destination checkpoints are preserved, so confirm which reminder you want to use when two devices have been used separately.
Recover names from partial clues
Check bookmarked title pages, messages, notes or screenshots of posters. Search an actor when the title is missing. Add a year or language only when it helps narrow the production. A familiar face in a screenshot may be more useful than guessing a vague title.
Start with the next few evenings
You do not need to reconstruct every forgotten recommendation before the list becomes useful. Add the film you were about to watch, the show you were following and a few strong alternatives. Set series checkpoints yourself after confirming the episode.
